Our rates apply any time, any day, in any city.

You will always be charged the lowest available rate for your booking. This means that if the 24 hour rate is lower than the sum of the hourly rate, you will be charged the 24 hour rate. To read our pricing FAQs, click here.
Mileage
If you need to re-fuel during your booking, simply pay with the fuel card that’s in the car and the bill will come directly to us. At the end of your trip, the in-car computer will calculate how many miles you have driven.
The mileage charge includes the cost of fuel, and we currently charge £0.22 per mile. It also covers the wear and tear of the vehicles.
The mileage charge is monitored every month and is in-line with fluctuations in the cost of fuel at the pumps and other costs. The charge is decreased or increased as necessary and we always strive to keep it as low as possible.
Discount Card
This is an optional bolt-on to your membership which can save you money. For members who use the cars or vans more regularly, taking up the Discount Card plan at just £15 per month entitles you to 20% off all rental rates! To add this to your account, firstly please send email confirmation to membership@citycarclub.co.uk. Our Clubhouse will then contact you to take the first payment by credit/debit card, thereafter your monthly fee will be collected through your direct debit. Please note cover will only be applicable, once first payment has been taken.
Insurance
Fully comprehensive insurance is included as part of the annual membership fee (£750 excess)
Reduced excess option (£100): £10.00 per month or pay £100 for 12 months- 12 for the price of 10. To add this to your account, firstly, please send email confirmation to membership@citycarclub.co.uk. Our Clubhouse will then contact you to take the first payment by credit/debit card, thereafter your monthly fee will be collected through your direct debit. Please note cover will only be applicable, once first payment has been taken.
Drivers aged 21 and under: compulsory £500 refundable deposit, standard excess, no monthly fee.

We’re confident that once you’ve experienced how cost effective and hassle-free motoring can be as a member of City Car Club, you’ll never want to go back to the world of private car ownership.
However, if membership hasn’t quite suited your lifestyle, all we ask is that you let us know within 60 days of joining by emailing membership@citycarclub.co.uk. You’ll need to return your membership card to us, and we will then refund 50% of the annual membership you paid when you became a member.
Please note – this money-back guarantee is not applicable to members who received discounted membership when they joined.
