Rental rates
The price of your journey depends upon the vehicle type, the duration of your booking and the miles driven. The table below shows our rental rates. The current mileage charge is just £0.23 per mile. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

* Lowest price guarantee
You will always be charged the lowest available rate for your booking. If the 24 hour rate is lower than the sum of the hourly rate, you will be charged the 24 hour rate.
Discounted 3 day+ bookings
Sometimes you may need a car for that little bit longer. This is why we offer an extra 20% discount on any vehicle, when you make a booking of 3 days or more.This equates to just £37.60 per day, or £30.08 if you have a Discount Card, for the majority of the fleet. We may request a pre-payment depending on the circumstances at the time.

Discount card
This is an optional bolt-on to your membership which can save you money. Taking up the Discount Card plan at just £15 per month entitles you to 20% off all rental rates. In 2011, members on the plan made an average saving of over £280!

Fuel
If you need to re-fuel during your booking, simply pay with the fuel card that’s in the car and the bill will come directly to us. At the end of your trip, the in-car computer will calculate how many miles you have driven.
The mileage charge is monitored every month and is in-line with fluctuations in the cost of fuel at the pumps and other costs. The charge is decreased or increased as necessary and we always strive to keep it as low as possible.
Insurance
Fully comprehensive insurance is included as part of the annual membership fee (£750 excess)
Drivers aged 21 and under: compulsory £500 refundable deposit, standard excess, no monthly fee. Insurance excess reduction is not available to members under the age of 22.
