To redeem a gift certificate

If you are the lucky recipient of a gift certificate you will need to redeem it.

If you are an existing member then please email clubhouse@citycarclub.co.uk advising us of your membership number and the gift certificate number. Your account will then be credited with £100 and we will send you an email to confirm this.

If you are not already a City Car Club member then please apply for membership online in the normal manner. Please enter the gift certificate number as your promotional code. This will exempt you from paying the normal £75 membership fee and will also give you £25 credit on your account.

Terms and conditions

1. Gift certificates can not be exchanged for cash, they can only be exchanged for City Car Club services.
2. The unique certificate number must be quoted to redeem the value as a credit on your account.
3. Gift certificates can only be used to credit one persons account and can only be used once, in full.
4. New members have to meet current insurance criteria and joining rules. If it is not possible to accept you as a member, a full refund will be provided to the original purchaser of the gift certificate within 14 days.
